Food Pantry Manager provides an online platform that helps people register with, communicate with, and receive services from a food pantry — including registration, phone verification, appointments, ordering, and related notifications.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Food Pantry Manager at the number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving pantry services or of any purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials, including access to your mobile number, secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, including its content and software, is owned by or licensed to Food Pantry Manager and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Pantry Manager will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
